If you’re like most of us, you rely on your phone for news, entertainment, and communication. But is a safer and easier banking experience on that list?
While many of us have gotten used to the idea of using mobile or online banking to quickly check on our accounts, some “going to the branch” habits are hard to kick, including depositing checks.
With mobile check deposit from Roswell Community Federal Credit Union, you can deposit your checks without having to step foot inside our lobby. Available securely in our mobile app on iOS or Android, mobile check deposit allows you to save time by depositing your checks remotely, no matter where you are or what time of day it is. Any check deposited before 3 pm will be deposited that same business day. Anything scanned after 3 pm will be deposited the following business day.
To get started with mobile check deposit, just follow the below steps:
If you haven’t done so already, download the Roswell Community FCU Mobile Deposit mobile app.
Open the app and follow the prompts
Endorse the back of your check with your signature and either check the box stating “mobile deposit only,” or write it in.
Follow the app’s instructions to take a photo of both sides of the check, as well as entering the amount of the check. Don’t worry, your phone will not store images of the check.
